Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how Business Airfare works, how pricing is structured, and what to expect before and after booking.

How do you access discounted Business and First Class fares?

We work with airline distribution systems, authorized consolidators, and premium fare sources that are not always available to the public. Some fares require professional routing, ticketing rules, or negotiated access.

How does Business Airfare make money?

We earn through a clearly disclosed service fee that reflects the work involved in researching, structuring, booking, and managing your itinerary. In some cases, supplier commissions may apply.

Are you an airline or a travel agency?

Business Airfare is a travel services provider and booking intermediary. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.

Who actually issues my ticket?

Tickets are issued by airlines or authorized ticketing partners. We coordinate the booking and payment process on your behalf.

Do you only book Business and First Class?

Our focus is premium travel, but we can also include Economy segments when it improves routing, availability, or total value for a specific trip.

Do you offer mixed-cabin itineraries?

Yes. Mixed-cabin options are sometimes the best solution when premium space is limited on one leg, or when it helps reduce total cost without sacrificing the key long-haul segment.

Which airlines do you work with?

We work across major global carriers and premium networks, depending on route, availability, fare rules, and what delivers the best value for your specific dates.

Are savings guaranteed?

No provider can guarantee savings on every route and date. We aim to find strong value vs public pricing, but availability and fare rules change quickly and vary by itinerary.

When will I be charged?

You are only charged after you approve the final itinerary and total price. No payment is taken during the research stage.

Why do I pay everything in one payment?

A single payment allows us to efficiently manage supplier payments, secure fares, and handle bookings without delays. We then pay airlines, hotels, and other providers on your behalf.

How does your service fee work?

Our service fee varies depending on itinerary complexity, urgency, and the services involved. It is always included in the final price and disclosed before payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We typically accept major card payments and other secure payment options depending on the itinerary and ticketing partner. Available methods are shown clearly before you confirm payment.

How long does ticketing take?

Most tickets are issued the same day after payment, though some itineraries may require additional processing time depending on the supplier.

Will I receive an airline PNR?

Yes. Once ticketed, you receive the airline reservation code which can be used on the airline’s website.

Can I select seats and add frequent flyer numbers?

In most cases, yes—after ticketing, you can manage seats and loyalty details directly with the airline. Some fares and partners may have limitations, but we’ll guide you on the best path.

What about changes or cancellations?

Changes and cancellations depend on the fare rules set by the airline or supplier. Any applicable penalties or fare differences apply.

Do you assist during my trip?

Yes. We remain your point of contact for itinerary-related assistance and coordination with suppliers when needed.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through secure, industry-standard providers. We do not store full card details.

Is booking through you safe?

Yes. You receive valid airline-issued tickets and confirmed bookings. We operate transparently and provide full documentation.

Do I need an account to request or book?

No. You can request options and move forward without creating an account. If you choose to book, we’ll only ask for the details needed to ticket correctly (traveler names, dates, and contact info).

Can I hold a fare before booking?

In most cases, fares can’t be held because availability and pricing can change quickly. If a hold is possible for your itinerary, we’ll tell you upfront and confirm the hold terms. Otherwise, the best way to lock pricing is to book once you approve the final itinerary.

Do you offer split payments or payment plans?

Not at the moment. Most airline ticketing systems require a single payment to issue tickets. If you need an alternative structure for a corporate or complex booking, contact us and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your route and ticketing partner.

What currencies do you support?

Pricing is typically quoted in USD. Depending on your payment method and ticketing partner, your bank may convert the amount automatically. If you need a specific currency setup, ask us before booking and we’ll confirm what we can support.
