Agreement between You (Customer) and Business Airfare
Welcome to business-airfare.com (the "Website" or "Site"). This Website is operated to provide professional travel-related services, including travel planning, booking assistance, and the arrangement of travel components such as airfare, accommodation, and ground transportation through third-party suppliers.
The terms "we", "us", "our", and "Business Airfare" refer to a travel services company providing travel arrangement and facilitation services to corporate and leisure customers. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or purchasing services through our Website or customer service agents.
Nature of Services
Business Airfare provides travel services and package arrangement services. This may include, at the customer’s request, the coordination and booking of multiple travel components such as flights, hotels, transfers, and related services.
Business Airfare is not an airline, hotel, transportation provider, or tour operator, and does not own or control any travel suppliers. Airline tickets are issued by airlines or authorized ticketing agents. Hotels, transfer providers, and other services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Business Airfare does not issue airline tickets in its own name and does not act as the carrier.
Payment Processing and Merchant Status
Clients pay Business Airfare directly for travel services, package arrangements, and applicable service fees.
Business Airfare acts as the merchant of record for its travel services and facilitation fees. Payments collected may include amounts intended to be used to secure travel services from third-party suppliers on the customer’s behalf.
By authorizing payment, you authorize Business Airfare to use the funds to arrange and purchase travel components from third-party suppliers according to your booking request.
Airfare, accommodation, and other travel services remain subject to the terms, conditions, and refund rules of the respective suppliers.
Acceptance of Terms
This Website and our services are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Website, contacting our agents, or purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or our services.
Disputes and Arbitration
The exclusive means of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or our services shall be binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings. You also waive the right to a jury trial.
If the arbitration provision is held unenforceable, any litigation shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The arbitration provision shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Use of the Website and Services
By using this Website and our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
You will use the Website for legitimate travel-related purposes
You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in the booking
All information provided is accurate and complete
Neither you nor the travelers are subject to applicable international sanctions
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
General Booking Rules and Conditions
Travel services arranged by Business Airfare are subject to the fare rules, policies, and conditions imposed by the relevant suppliers.
Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to penalties. Name changes are generally not permitted.
If refunds or changes are allowed by the supplier, a Business Airfare service or processing fee may apply in addition to supplier-imposed fees.
Tickets must be used in the sequence issued. No-show bookings may result in the total loss of value.
Airline and Supplier Responsibility
Airline tickets are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage. Airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, prices, or availability at their discretion.
Business Airfare is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of third-party suppliers, but will assist customers with reasonable efforts where possible.
Travel Documentation
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, health documents, and other required travel documentation. Business Airfare is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties arising from insufficient documentation.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed strictly by the rules of the applicable suppliers.
Cancellation of a booking request does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Any refundable amounts are subject to supplier approval and processing timelines.
Service fees charged by Business Airfare may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Ticket and Document Delivery
All tickets and travel documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Payment Information and Verification
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Transactions may be subject to verification procedures. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for fraud prevention.
Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees are determined by your payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
All services are provided on an "as is" basis. Business Airfare makes no warranties regarding the services of third-party suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Airfare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to Business Airfare for the travel services in question.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Business Airfare before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in booking cancellation and recovery of related costs.
Business Airfare reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using booking records, supplier confirmations, and customer communications.
Force Majeure and Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks. Business Airfare is not responsible for events beyond its control, including pandemics, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or supplier policy changes.
Customers accept responsibility for all risks associated with travel.
